  • Is there a free trial?

    Yes, a free trial is available with the Standard tier only. Your 30-day free trial begins once you start sending data to Sift Science. For the duration of your free trial, you’ll have access to all capabilities of the products you are trialing.

  • Do I need a credit card to sign up?

    Not at all! Our 30-day free trial makes it easy for you to get started and is completely risk-free!

  • What happens after the free trial ends?

    If you haven't purchased a tier at the end of your 30-day free trial, you will no longer have access to Sift Science data. We will still accept new data being sent from your applications.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you're enrolled in a month-to-month tier then you can cancel anytime. You will be charged for your usage in the month that you've canceled. If you're enrolled in an annual tier then you will need to contact support or your account manager to discuss your options for canceling your tier.

  • Are there any setup fees?

    No! Sift Science is designed to make it easy for your business to start fighting fraud, and we don't charge any setup fees or maintenance fees.

  • Do you offer support?

    Yes we do. We have a range of support options designed for a variety of business needs. All tiers include Standard support out of the box and you can add additional support tiers based on your needs. Learn more about our support plans.

  • What if my business wants to prevent multiple types of fraud?

    No problem! Sift Science offers products for all types of fraud. Contact sales for more information.

  • How much will I be charged if I don't use all of the billable events included with my tier?

    You will be charged the monthly fee for the tier you're enrolled in.

  • What if I need to use more billable events in a month than are included in my tier?

    Not a problem. You can use as many billable events as you need. You will be charged for the additional events based on the per additional billable event rate included with your tier.

  • Can I change tiers?

    If you're enrolled in a month-to-month tier then you can change any time. If you're enrolled in an annual tier then you will need to contact support or your account manager to discuss your options for changing plans.

  • Do you have an MSA?

    Yes. Use of the Master Services Agreement requires custom pricing. Please contact sales for more info.
