Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Not at all! Our 30-day free trial makes it easy for you to get started and is completely risk-free!
How does a free trial work?
Your free trial will start once you start sending data to Sift Science. For the duration of your free trial, you'll have access to the all of the premium capabilities of the products you are trialing.
What happens after the free trial ends?
If you haven't purchased a plan at the end of your 30-day free trial, you will no longer have access to Sift Science data. We will still accept new data being sent from your applications.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you're enrolled in a month-to-month plan then you can cancel anytime. You will be charged for your usage in the month that you've canceled. If you're enrolled in an annual plan then you will need to contact support or your account manager to discuss your options for canceling your plan.
Are there any setup fees?
No! Sift Science is designed to make it easy for your business to start fighting fraud, and we don't charge any setup fees or maintenance fees.
Do you offer support?
Yes we do. We have a range of support options designed for a variety of business needs. All plans include Standard support out of the box and you can add additional support plans based on your needs. Learn more about our support plans.
What counts as a monthly active user?
Sift Science considers any active logged-in user as a MAU. A user doesn’t have to go through the login process in a month to be counted as a MAU. For example, a user may log in to your site in February, then continue to use your site in March without having to log in again. In this case, we would count this user as a MAU in both February and March.
What if my business wants to prevent multiple types of fraud?
No problem! You can fight all types of fraud with Sift Science! When you create your account, make sure to select all of the products that you want to trial.
How much will I be charged if I don't use all of the billable events included with my plan?
You will be charged the monthly fee for the plan you're enrolled in.
What if I need to use more billable events in a month than are included in my plan?
Not a problem. You can use as many billable events as you need. You will be charged for the additional events based on the per additional billable event rate included with your plan.
Can I change plans?
If you're enrolled in a month-to-month plan then you can change any time. If you're enrolled in an annual plan then you will need to contact support or your account manager to discuss your options for changing plans.
